Last updated: August 13, 2026. Fliraya is a free beta for adults. Payments, purchases and new subscriptions are currently disabled.

1. Eligibility and consent

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. By creating an account, you confirm your age and consent to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Beta service

Fliraya provides fictional AI companion conversations, voice features, image generation and custom personas. Characters are not real people or professional advisers. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected. Beta features, limits and availability may change.

3. Payments

Fliraya does not collect payments during the beta. Payment methods, checkout and new subscriptions are disabled. Any PRO screen is a preview of possible future features and an interest survey, not a purchase offer.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Fliraya for illegal, threatening, exploitative, non-consensual or minor-related content; impersonating or harming real people; violating privacy or intellectual property; bypassing safety controls; or sending abusive automated traffic.

5. Accounts and content

You are responsible for your account and submitted content. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data or unnecessary sensitive information in chats. We may restrict abusive accounts to protect users and the service.

6. Availability and liability

The beta is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fliraya is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
