What we process

We process account email, password hash, account state, chat messages, character memories, generated-media references, security records and limited product events. PRO preview and interest events are recorded without payment information so we can understand demand.

Why we process it

We use data to provide accounts and conversations, maintain character continuity, create voice and images, prevent abuse, measure product reliability and improve the beta.

Providers

Content necessary to fulfil an AI request is sent to the selected model provider. Transactional email is handled by our email provider. Hosting, database, cache and error-monitoring providers process only what is necessary for their role. No payment processor receives a new checkout request while beta billing is disabled.

Retention and security

Account data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, operational data is deleted or de-identified except for records we must retain for legal, dispute or fraud-prevention purposes. Passwords use Argon2 hashing; sessions use HttpOnly cookies; production traffic uses HTTPS.

Your choices

You may download your data, delete memories or conversations, and delete your account from My Account. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to processing.
